3. CONDUCT AND USAGE RULES The user agrees to make a lawful and ethical use of the service. It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Use the platform for prostitution, sexual exploitation, or illegal escort services.

  • Publish content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities.

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data.

  • Share contact information in public profile photos to avoid SPAM.

4. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Payments: All transactions are made through secure payment gateways. Charges will appear on your bank statement as MERKA PIÑA SL or the specific payment processor.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contracted period. The user can cancel the renewal at any time through their control panel.

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with digital content regulations, once the user accesses Premium content or begins using the paid service, the right of withdrawal is waived as the service is considered executed.

5. USER CONTENT OWNERSHIP

  • License: By uploading photos or texts, the user grants MERKA PIÑA SL a free, non-exclusive, and worldwide license to display said content within the platform to provide the service.

  • Responsibility: The user guarantees they are the owner of the images uploaded and that they do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

6. DISCLAIMER

  • Interactions: MERKA PIÑA SL is a purely technological intermediary. We are not responsible for the veracity of profiles or for any agreements, encounters, or relationships maintained by users outside the platform.

  • Safety: We strongly urge users to maintain basic security precautions for any in-person meetings.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION MERKA PIÑA SL reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without the right to compensation, especially in cases of fraud or abusive behavior.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante, Spain, unless consumer law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
